The complaint was regarding common and preferred stocks and took place while Wroblewski was registered with Aegis Capital Corp.
- March 2020. “Time frame: unspecified. Claimant alleges unsuitability, breach of contracts, breach of fiduciary duty.” The customer is seeking $126,152 in damages and the case is currently pending. The complaint took place while Wroblewski was registered with Aegis Capital Corp.
