There are options for customers of former LPL Financial LLC broker Joseph Lauzon (CRD# 2773510) who suffered investment losses. He was registered with LPL Financial LLC in Clovis, California, from 2006 to 2025, when he was terminated regarding, “Registered representative terminated on allegations of misappropriation and unauthorized disbursements from a client account; and use of an unapproved messaging application to transmit business-related communications.”
In June 2026, FINRA suspended him indefinitely.

He has been the subject of four customer complaints between 2025 and 2026, one of which was denied, according to his CRD report:
February 2026. “Allegations of misappropriation and unauthorized disbursements from a client account.” The case was settled for $250,000.
February 2026. “Allegations of misappropriation and unauthorized disbursements from a client account.” The case was settled for $165,000.
January 2026. “Allegations of misappropriation and unauthorized disbursements from a client account.” The case was settled for $70,500.
Pursuant to FINRA Rules, member firms are responsible for supervising a broker’s activities during the time the broker is registered with the firm. Therefore, LPL Financial LLC may be liable for investment or other losses suffered by Joseph Lauzon’s customers.
