Evan Savarick Customer Complaints

He has been the subject of two customer complaints between 2020 and 2022, according to his CRD report:

April 2022. “Client alleges option trading in Netflix in unsuitable 2022 damages unspecified.” The case is currently pending. 

October 2022. “Claimant alleges, inter alia, Failure to Follow Instructions with respect to managed accounts?” Aug 2019 to Oct 2020.” The customer is seeking $140,000 in damages and the case is currently pending. The complaint was regarding common and preferred stocks and managed and wrap accounts with an in-house money manager.
