June 2022. “Clients assert in light of the customer profile, investments were not suitable in light of these speculative, non-conventional investments (GWG Holdings). Accordingly, they assert these recommendations amounted to negligence and a breach of fiduciary duty.” The customer is seeking $500,000 in damages and the case is currently pending. The complaint was related to corporate debt investment losses.
