April 2019. “Claimant alleges, inter alia, excessive trading with respect to investments 2012 – 2018.” The case is currently pending. This complaint was regarding municipal debt and took place while Doyle was registered with Morgan Stanley.

August 2018. “Claimants allege, inter alia, that their investment strategy from 2012 – 2018 was unsuitable.” The customer sought $43,456,291 in damages and the case was settled for $12,500,000. This complaint was regarding municipal debt and took place while Doyle was registered with Morgan Stanley.
