November 2025. “Claimant alleges Mr. Dahill was a control person when a RR made recommendations in an Inspired Healthcare Capital DST offering, which were unsuitable, causing losses between $100K – $500K.” The customer is seeking $500,000 in damages, and the case is currently pending.
January 2024. “Allegations that due diligence information provided to claimants was false, misleading, and failed to fully and properly information the claimants of the risks involved in investing in Skyloft DST, and breach of fiduciary duty by withholding information described in the first allegation.” The case was settled for $600,000. The complaint was regarding direct investment losses.
