Former Strong Capital Markets, LLC broker Chad Schneider (CRD# 5479256) is accused of private note losses. He has been registered with Strong Capital Markets, LLC in Greenwood Village, Colorado, from 2024 to 2026, when he was terminated regarding, “The firm was contacted in April by an individual claiming to have worked with the representative on a deal, but management had not been made aware of any such transaction, and, at that time, we had no actual evidence of Mr. Schneider’s involvement. The individual indicated that the representative had promised him that he could raise capital for him for a business venture – even providing correspondence from a third party regarding a closing, and, as a result, the individual proceeded to expend his own capital with the understanding that he would be able to recoup those funds through a private debt raise. However, the representative never provided any capital to the individual, resulting in the customer draining his own funds.” He was registered as a business development officer with The Huntington National Bank in Denver, Colorado, from 2022 to 2023, and senior vice president of KeyBank in Denver, Colorado, from 2014 to 2022.
