August 2026. “This case revolves around a registered representative selling an investor a speculative oil and gas investment. The claimant inquired about possible oil and gas investments. The investment required futures funds, which the claimant alleges was not explained. The claim also alleges misrepresentations, omissions, unsuitable recommendations and other wrongs. The dates of the allegations range from February 1, 2024 to August 14, 2024.” The customer is seeking $500,000 in damages, and the case is currently pending.
