November 2022. “Claimants allege Kestra breached its fiduciary duty, made unsuitable recommendations, and misrepresented the investment product. Additionally it is alleged that Kestra failed to properly supervise and provide training to representatives.” The customer sought $5,000 in damages, and the case was settled for $29,296.88. The complaint was regarding oil and gas investments, and it took place while he was registered with Kestra Investment Services, LLC.
