January 2026. “Breach of contract and warranties, promissory estoppel, violation of the consumer protection and deceptive trade practices act, violation of state securities statutes, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, negligence and gross negligence, misrepresentation/ommission and negligent misrepresentation/omission, unjust enrichment, common law, statutory claims and damages, and vicarious & control person liability.” The customer is seeking $1,000,000 in damages, and the case is currently pending. The complaint was regarding alternative investments.

July 2021. “Unsuitability, common law fraud, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, negligence, aiding and abetting fraud and violation of Florida Securities Act.” The case was settled for $102,600. The complaint was regarding alternative investments.

May 2021. “Claimant alleges breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract negligence and negligent supervision.” The customer sought $499,999 in damages, and the case was settled for $49,500. The complaint was regarding alternative investments.

January 2021. “Claimant alleges breach of fiduciary duty, failure to supervise and unsuitability.” The case was settled for $25,000. The complaint was regarding alternative investments.

Pursuant to FINRA Rules, member firms are responsible for supervising a broker’s activities during the time the broker is registered with the firm.
