Lopez has been the subject of two customer complaints between 2017 and 2018, according to his CRD report:

  • July 2018. “Client alleges unauthorized, unsuitable and excessive trading regarding the Equity Listed and Equity OTC investments. Activity dates 6/2012- 2/2013.” The customer is seeking $5,563,792 in damages and the case is currently pending.
  • May 2017. “Client alleges suitability and excessive trading regarding equity OTC and equity listed investments. Activity dates 06/2012-02/2013.” The customer is seeking $55,855 in damages and the case is currently pending.
