Gordinier has been the subject of one customer complaint, according to his CRD report:
January 2018. “Claimants allege negligence, breach of fiduciary duty, negligent supervision, and breach of contract in relation to the suitability of certain energy investments.” The customer is seeking $500,000 in damages and the case is currently pending.
