The case was regarding real estate securities and took place while Metcalf was registered with Voya Financial Advisors, Inc. 

November 2019. “Allegations include that representative failed in his responsibilities to adequately supervise the representatives that sold unsuitable products to claimaints.” The customer sought $100,000 in damages and the case was settled for $80,000. The case was regarding real estate securities and direct investments and took place while Metcalf was registered with Voya Financial Advisors, Inc. and Capital Investment Group, Inc.

October 2019. “Allegations include that representative failed in responsibilities to adequately supervise the representatives that sold unsuitable products to claimants.” The customer sought $100,000 in damages and the case was settled for $575,000. The case was regarding real estate securities and took place while Metcalf was registered with Voya Financial Advisors, Inc.
