Erez Law is currently investigating Transamerica Financial Advisors and ProEquities, Inc. broker Narinder Singh (CRD# 3100308) regarding Express Asset and Wealth Management, Inc. investment losses. Singh was registered with Farmers Financial Solutions, LLC in Sacramento, California from 2018 to 2019. Previously, Proequities, Inc. in Elk Grove, California from 2016 to 2017 and previously with Transamerica Financial Advisors, Inc. in Elk Grove, California from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, Singh was registered with Oneamerica Securities, Inc. in Elk Grove, California from 2007 to 2014.
Singh has been the subject of one customer complaint in 2019, according to his CRD report:
September 2019. “Claimants allege Singh induced them to invest $412,500 into an investment contracts with a company Singh controlled (Express Asset and Wealth Management, Inc.). Claimants allege first investment of $300,000 on or about Jan. 30, 2015 and second investment of $112,500 on or about Jan. 9, 2017.” The customer is seeking $1,237,500 in damages and the case is currently pending. This complaint took place while Singh was registered with Transamerica Financial Advisors and ProEquities, Inc.
