Previously, Calcena was registered with Ocean Financial Services, LLC in Miami, Florida from 2014 to 2020.
Northstar Financial Services (Bermuda) Ltd. is a Bermuda-based annuity and life insurance company that serves the needs of high net worth clients around the globe. Calcena is alleged to recommended Northstar Financial Services (Bermuda) Ltd. as a safe investment for conservative investors; however, Northstar Financial Services (Bermuda) Ltd. has suspended monthly income distributions as of 2020.
Calcena has been the subject of one customer complaint, according to her CRD report:
April 2020. “Customer alleges negligence, breach of fiduciary duty and violation of Florida’s Investor Protection Act.” The customer is seeking $245,000 in damages and the case is currently pending. The complaint took place while Calcena was registered with Ocean Financial Services, LLC and is regarding an offshore investment product, Northstar Financial Services (Bermuda) Ltd.
