Jackson has been registered with Commonwealth Financial Network in San Luis Obispo, California since 2015. Jackson was registered with NFP Advisor Services, LLC in San Luis Obispo, California from 2008 to 2015.

Jackson has been the subject of two customer complaints between 2003 and 2019, according to his CRD report. The most recent complaint is regarding:

June 2019. “Claimant alleges breach of fiduciary duty, negligence and other causes of action related to the sale of several alternative investments through former Kestra RR.” The customer is seeking $500,000 in damages and the case is currently pending. This complaint took place while Jackson was registered with with Kestra Financial LCC and was regarding municipal debt, insurance, and oil and gas investment losses.

Pursuant to FINRA Rules, member firms are responsible for supervising a broker’s activities during the time the broker is registered with the firm. Therefore, Kestra Financial LCC may be liable for investment or other losses suffered by Jackson’s customers.
