  • July 2019. “Clients allege breach of contract and warranties, promissory estoppel, violation of state securities statutes, violation of consumer protection statutes, and claims under common law.” The customer is seeking $500,000 in damages and the case is currently pending. The complaint was regarding real estate securities.
