Pirouzian has been registered with HSBC Securities (Usa) Inc. in New York, New York since May 2016. Previously, Pirouzian was registered with Credit Suisse Securities (Usa) LLC in New York, New York from 2006 to 2016.
Pirouzian has been the subject of one customer complaint, according to her CRD report:
January 2017. “POA is alleging on behalf of client that some trades were not confirmed, unsuitable between August 2014 and December 2015, and margin calls that occured between June 2012 and December 2015.” The customer sought $2,739,504.50 in damages and the case was settled for $250,000. This case was regarding corporate debt.
Pursuant to FINRA Rules, member firms are responsible for supervising a broker’s activities during the time the broker is registered with the firm. Therefore, Credit Suisse may be liable for investment or other losses suffered by Pirouzian’s customers.
