Mirabella has been the subject of five customer complaints between 2007 and 2017, according to his CRD report. Recent complaints include:
November 2017. “Unsuitable transactions, churning.” The customer is seeking $879,584 in damages and the case is currently pending.
January 2014. “Unauthorized trading.” The customer is seeking $40,000 in damages and the case is currently pending.
September 2013. “Negligence, breach of fiduciary, breach of contract.” The customer sought $150,000 in damages and the case was settled for $36,000.
Pursuant to FINRA Rules, member firms are responsible for supervising a broker’s activities during the time the broker is registered with the firm. Therefore, National Securities Corporation may be liable for investment or other losses suffered by Mirabella’s customers.
