Erez Law is currently investigating HCR Wealth Advisors broker Gregory Heller (CRD# 1460520) regarding investment losses. Heller has been registered with Investment Security Corporation in Los Angeles, California since 2002 and with HCR Wealth Advisors in Los Angeles, California since 2007.

Heller has been the subject of three customer complaints between 2009 and 2020, according to his CRD report. The most recent complaint is regarding:

July 2020. “Former-customer alleges that during the period between 2004 and 2016, Mr. Heller breached his fiduciary duty and failed to supervise. Former-customer seeks a refund of all investment advisory fees paid and lost-opportunity damages.” The customer is seeking $315,934.18 in damages and the case is currently pending. The complaint took place while Heller was registered with HCR Wealth Advisors.

Pursuant to FINRA Rules, member firms are responsible for supervising a broker’s activities during the time the broker is registered with the firm. Therefore, HCR Wealth Advisors may be liable for investment or other losses suffered by Heller’s customers.
