First Allied Securities, Inc. Financial Advisor Marsha Lee Accused of Unsuitable Investment Recommendations

Lee has been the subject of two customer complaint between 2000 and 2018, one of which was denied, according to his CRD report:

October 2018. “Claimants allege that the rep recommended investments that were unsuitable for them. Claimants’ generally allege breach of duty, misrepresentation, unfair practices, and negligence.” The customer is seeking $525,235 in damages and the case is currently pending. This case was regarding equity OTC.
