Morgan Stanley broker David Wachsman (CRD# 2220024) faces a customer complaint regarding suitability concerns. Wachsman has been registered with Morgan Stanley in Garden City, New York since 2009.
Wachsman has been the subject of one customer complaint, according to his CRD report:
January 2021. “Claimant alleged, inter alia, unsuitability with respect to an overconcentration of an investment in accounts – 2010 to 2020.” The customer is seeking $1,600,000 in damages and the case is currently pending. The complaint was regarding common and preferred stocks and options.
Pursuant to FINRA Rules, member firms are responsible for supervising a broker’s activities during the time the broker is registered with the firm. Therefore, Morgan Stanley may be liable for investment or other losses suffered by Wachsman’s customers.
