October 2019. “Claimant alleges sales practice violations related to mismanagement of her accounts from October 2015 to October 2016.” The customer is seeking $43,541 in damages and the case is currently pending. The complaint was regarding managed accounts.

August 2019. “Customer was unhappy with investment performance. Firm and Rep vigorously deny liability to these claims.” The customer is seeking $1.2 million in damages and the case is currently pending. The complaint was regarding direct investments.

June 2019. “Customer was unhappy with the performance of his investment with an affiliated firm. Rep & Firm vigorously deny any liability to these claims.” The customer is seeking $662,663 in damages and the case is currently pending. The complaint was regarding direct investments and real estate securities.

June 2019. “Customer was unhappy with the performance of his investment with an affiliated firm. Rep & Firm vigorously deny any liability to these claims and made a business decision to come to a settlement to avoid costs and distractions of litigated proceedings. Activity occurred from 2016 to 2018.” The customer sought $150,000 in damages and the case was settled for $50,000. The complaint was regarding direct investments.

May 2019. “Customer was unhappy with the performance of his investment with an affiliated firm. Rep & Firm vigorously deny any liability to these claims.” The customer is seeking $465,000 in damages and the case is currently pending. The complaint was regarding direct investments and real estate securities.

April 2019. “Customer was unhappy with the performance of their investment with an affiliated firm. Rep & Firm vigorously deny any liability to these claims and made a business decision to come to a settlement to avoid costs and distractions of litigated proceedings.” The case was settled for $315,000. The complaint was regarding direct investments and real estate securities.

December 2018. “Customer was unhappy with the performance of his investment with an affiliated firm. Rep & Firm vigorously deny any liability to these claims and made a business decision to come to a settlement to avoid costs and distractions of litigated proceedings.” The case was settled for
$100,000. The complaint was regarding direct investments.
