November 2018. “Claimant alleges unauthorized transactions, unsuitable recommendations, misrepresentations, and failure to supervise.” The customer is seeking $1,377,280.02 in damages and the case is currently pending. This complaint took place while Fuentes was registered with Dawson James Securities, Inc. and was regarding direct investment and equity OTC.

July 2017. “Unsuitability, negligence, misrepresentation. January 2012 claimant was solicited to engage in the purchase of restricted stock and warrants.” The customer sought $50,000 in damages and the case was settled for $3,600. The complaint took place while Fuentes was registered with Dawson James Securities, Inc. and was regarding common and preferred stocks.
