Kowalski has been the subject of two customer complaints between 2009 and 2017, according to his CRD report:
November 2017. “From approximately 2012 through 2017 claimants allege some purchases are unsuitable.” The customer is seeking $670,000 in damages and the case is currently pending.
June 2009. “Client contends that investments in his account were not suitable and that certain trades were commission driven.” The customer sought $293,298 in damages and the case was settled for $99,000.
