January 2025. “The client alleges the Financial Advisor’s recommendation and subsequent purchase of ACB and TLRY was not suitable and did not align with investment goals or risk profile.” The customer sought $30,000 in damages, and the case was settled for $12,216.55. The complaint was regarding stock losses.
