November 2025. “These allegations are for all three claiants, individual is broker of record for one claimant only. Breach of fiduciary duty, Negligence, excessive trading, failure to supervise.” The case is currently pending. September 2025. “Gross mishandling and unauthorized reallocation of claimants’ portfolio philosophy.” The customer is seeking $607,052 in damages. The complaint was regarding common and preferred stock losses, and it took place while he was registered with Spartan Capital Securities, LLC.
March 2024. “Alleged Alligations: Respondent is responsible for Securities Law, SEC Regulations & Industry Rules, Failure to Supervise & Negligent Supervision, Breach of fiduciary Duty.” The case was settled for $270,000. The complaint was regarding common and preferred stock losses, and it took place while he was registered with Spartan Capital Securities, LLC.
July 2021. “Allegations in attorney’s letter stating “unsuitable trading”. Dates: from February 2021 until May 2021.” The customer sought $853,231.33 in damages, and the case was settled for $120,000. The complaint was regarding equity OTC, and it took place while he was registered with Joseph Stone Capital L.L.C.
January 2020. “Claimant alleges breach of fiduciary duty, unsuitable investments, misprepresentation and negligence.” The customer sought $450,000 in damages, and the case was settled for $90,000. The complaint was regarding common and preferred stocks, and it took place while he was registered with Dawson James Securities, Inc., Maxim Group LLC, and Newbridge Securities Corp.
Pursuant to FINRA Rules, member firms are responsible for supervising a broker’s activities during the time the broker is registered with the firm. Therefore, Dawson James Securities, Inc., Maxim Group LLC, and Newbridge Securities Corp. may be liable for investment or other losses suffered by Travis Lippmann’s customers.
