Erez Law is currently investigating 31-year industry veteran Somerset Securities, Inc. broker Thomas Hamlin (CRD# 2208505) regarding iCap Equity, LLC investment losses, a high-risk Regulation D private placement was unsuitable for many investors. November 2023. “Alleged unsuitable recommendation to purchase iCap Equity private placement. iCap Equity filed for bankruptcy on 9/12/2023.” The customer is seeking $500,000 in damages, and the case is currently pending. The complaint took place while he was registered with Somerset Securities, Inc.

October 2023. “Alleged unsuitable recommendation to purchase iCap Equities private placement. iCap Equities filed for bankruptcy on 9/12/2023.” The customer is seeking $285,000 in damages, and the case is currently pending. The complaint took place while he was registered with Somerset Securities, Inc.

September 2023. “Alleged unsuitable recommendation to purchase iCap Equities private placement. iCap Equities filed for bankruptcy on 9/12/2023.” The customer is seeking $355,000 in damages, and the case is currently pending. The complaint took place while he was registered with Somerset Securities, Inc.
