Former Allegis Investment Services, LLC broker Staci Compagno (CRD# 2824392) faces a $2 million customer complaint for unauthorized trading. She was registered with DFPG Investments, LLC in Sandy, Utah, from 2020 to 2022. Previously, she was registered with Allegis Investment Services, LLC in South Jordan, Utah, from 2014 to 2019.

She has been the subject of two customer complaints between 2016 and 2022, one of which was withdrawn, according to her CRD report:

October 2022. “Claimants allege failure to supervise unauthorized, outside business activity, which was hidden from the firm.” The customer is seeking $2,000,000 in damages, and the case is currently pending. The complaint took place while he was registered with Allegis Investment Services, LLC.

Pursuant to FINRA Rules, member firms are responsible for supervising a broker’s activities during the time the broker is registered with the firm. Therefore, Allegis Investment Services, LLC may be liable for investment or other losses suffered by Staci Compagno’s customers.
