Erez Law is interested in speaking with investors who may have suffered losses due to investments with former Morgan Stanley broker Seraphim Rine (CRD# 4305797) who is alleged to recommend unsuitable investments. Rine has been registered with Raymond James & Associates, Inc. in West Palm Beach, Florida since 2018. Previously, Rine was registered with Morgan Stanley in West Palm Beach, Florida from 2009 to 2018.

Rine has been the subject of two customer complaints between 2009 and 2019, according to his CRD report:

November 2019. “Claimant alleges, inter alia, unsuitability with respect to investments – Oct, 2011 through Feb, 2019.” The customer is seeking $7 million in damages and the case is currently pending. The complaint took place while Rine was registered with Morgan Stanley and was regarding municipal debt and common and preferred stocks.
