January 2021. “Claimant’s allege that the financial professional recommended an alternative investment that was unsuitable.” The customer is seeking $300,000 in damages and the case is currently pending. The complaint is regarding business development companies (BDCs) and took place while Ferguson was registered with FSC Securities Corporation.
