Blanche has been registered with Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated in Jenkintown, Pennsylvania since 1996.

Blanche has been the subject of two customer complaints between 2001 and 2021, one of which was denied, according to his CRD report:

January 2021. “The customer alleges unsuitable investment recommendations from 2014 until 2020.” The customer is seeking $500,000 in damages and the case is currently pending. The complaint was regarding equity OTC and oil and energy investments.

Pursuant to FINRA Rules, member firms are responsible for supervising a broker’s activities during the time the broker is registered with the firm. Therefore, Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated may be liable for investment or other losses suffered by Blanche’s customers.
