October 2025. “Claims unsuitable purchase of a DST (private Placement) on 2/1/2022.” The case is currently pending. The complaint took place while he was registered with Arkadios Capital.
September 2020. “More than five years post investment and after receiving approximately $30,000 in distributions, Claimant now alleges the $100,000 investment she elected to make in GPB Holdings in 2015 was/is unsuitable.” The customer sought $100,000 in damages, and the case was settled for $39,500. The complaint was regarding direct investment losses, and it took place while he was registered with Triad Advisors, LLC.
Pursuant to FINRA Rules, member firms are responsible for supervising a broker’s activities during the time the broker is registered with the firm. Therefore, Arkadios Capital may be liable for investment or other losses suffered by Ronald York Jr.’s customers.
