March 2023. “Clients allege financial advisor recommended an unsuitable investment strategy and misrepresented the risks associated with it.” The case is currently pending. The complaint was related to a loan management account, and it took place while he was registered with Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated.
