Former Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated Broker Raquel Pacheo Investment Loss Options

Pacheo has been registered with Wells Fargo Clearing Services, LLC in Westlake, Ohio since 2018. Previously, Pacheo was registered with Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated in Canfield, Ohio from 2007 to 2018.

Pacheo has been the subject of one customer complaint, according to his CRD report:

May 2020. “The customer alleges unsuitable investment recommendations and failure to follow instructions.” The customer is seeking $100,109 in damages and the case is currently pending. The complaint took place while Pacheo was registered with Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated.
