He has been the subject of two customer complaints between 2008 and 2023, one of which was closed without action, according to his CRD report:

December 2023. “Claimant alleges, inter alia, misrepresentation with respect to failure to disclose the risks associated with corporate bond investments – 2022.” The customer is seeking $400,000 in damages, and the case is currently pending. The complaint was regarding corporate debt investment losses.
