April 2026. “Customer alleged that he was the victim of fraud committed by third-parties and that the registered representative, despite being notified of potential fraudulent activity, permitted him to liquidate his IRA account and transfer it to a new account at the customer’s regular credit union without taking reasonable measures to inquire about the alleged fraud.” The case is currently pending. The customer is seeking $352,000 in damages, and the case was regarding an Advantage account. The complaint took place while he was registered with Pruco Securities, LLC.
