Former Wells Fargo Clearing Services, LLC broker Nicole Turosky (CRD# 5058944) is accused of individual retirement account (IRA) losses. She has been registered with Osaic Institutions, Inc. in Ridgefield, Connecticut, since 2025. She was registered with Wells Fargo Clearing Services, LLC in Danbury, Connecticut, from 2017 to 2025, Wells Fargo Advisors in Danbury, Connecticut, from 2017 to 2025, and Northwestern Mutual Investment Services, LLC in Wilton, Connecticut, from 2016 to 2017.

Nicole Turosky Customer Complaints

She has been the subject of one customer complaint, according to her CRD report:

March 2025. “Claimant alleges that on January 31st 2024, the FA failed to follow instructions and instead, moved funds into an unsuitable/unauthorized program (cash/bank sweep program). Wells Fargo determined that the FA did place the trade order as instructed on January 31st, 2024 and the claimant agreed to funds going to the cash/bank sweep when she signed the new account agreement.” The case is currently pending. The complaint was regarding Wells Fargo Clearing Services, LLC, and it was regarding an IRA.

Pursuant to FINRA Rules, member firms are responsible for supervising a broker’s activities during the time the broker is registered with the firm. Therefore, Wells Fargo Clearing Services, LLC may be liable for investment or other losses suffered by Nicole Turosky’s customers.
