Former National Securities Corporation Broker Nicholas Kraiko Accused of Misrepresentations

Erez Law is currently investigating former National Securities Corporation broker Nicholas Kraiko (CRD# 5726415) regarding misrepresentations. He was registered with National Securities Corporation in Chicago, Illinois from 2014 to 2021, when he was terminated because, “Registered Representative failed to cooperate and refused to provide requested documentation in the review and resolution of a customer complaint by a client of the firm.”

In November 2021, FINRA barred Nicholas Kraiko after he failed to respond to FINRA requests for information.

June 2021. “Misrepresentations.” The case is currently pending. The complaint was regarding real estate securities.

Pursuant to FINRA Rules, member firms are responsible for supervising a broker’s activities during the time the broker is registered with the firm. Therefore, National Securities Corporation may be liable for investment or other losses suffered by Nicholas Kraiko’s customers.
