November 2017. “Customer alleges between 2007 and 2017, registered representative invested funds in private and illiquid investments which were unsuitable and caused customer’s investment portfolio to suffer losses.” The customer is seeking $900,000 in damages and the case is currently pending. This complaint is regarding equipment leasing, real estate security investments and investments tied to the high risk oil and gas sector
