Nathan Cedarleaf Customer Complaints

He has been the subject of two customer complaints between 2022 and 2022, according to his CRD report:

August 2022. “Customers/parents allege that representative/son made misrepresentations in connection with the recommendation of two stocks which led to losses.” The customer is seeking $1,000,000 in damages, and the case is currently pending. The complaint took place while he was registered with Fidelity Personal And Workplace Advisors, and it was regarding common and preferred stocks. 

February 2020. “Customers/parents allege that representative/son made misrepresentations in connection with the recommendation of two stocks which led to losses.” The case is currently pending.  

Pursuant to FINRA Rules, member firms are responsible for supervising a broker’s activities during the time the broker is registered with the firm. Therefore, Fidelity Personal And Workplace Advisors may be liable for investment or other losses suffered by Nathan Cedarleaf’s customers.
