Mark Frommer Customer Complaints

He has been the subject of six customer complaints between 1995 and 2021, three of which were denied, according to his CRD report. The most recent complaints are regarding: 

December 2021. “Client alleges, inter alia, that there were unauthorized trades made in their account.” The customer is seeking $700,000 in damages and the case is currently pending. The complaint took place while he was registered with Morgan Stanley.

April 2021. “Claimant alleges, inter alia, unsuitability with respect to investments and liquidity access line – 2013 through 2016.” The case is currently pending. The complaint was regarding direct investments, unit investment trust (UITs), and non-broker dealer affiliate products. 

Pursuant to FINRA Rules, member firms are responsible for supervising a broker’s activities during the time the broker is registered with the firm. Therefore, Morgan Stanley may be liable for investment or other losses suffered by Mark Frommer’s customers.
