The complaint against his member asserted the following causes of action, fraud, misrepresentation, omissions of material facts, unsuitable recommendations, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty and failure to supervise.” The customer is seeking $3,500,000 in damages, and the case is currently pending. The complaint was regarding real estate security losses.
