July 2022. “Claimants allege they sought Respondent’s (Edward Jones) advice with regard to investing in High Street Capital, LLC (“High Street”), an investment outside the Claimants’ relationship with Respondent. Claimants alleged Respondent failed to properly conduct due diligence with regard to Claimants’ investment in High Street and failed to properly advise Claimants with regard to Claimants’ decision to invest in High Street outside Claimants’ relationship with Respondent.” The customer is seeking $3,590,000 in damages, and the case is currently pending. The complaint was regarding direct investments.
