March 2016. “Client alleges he was not advised of the CDSC he would incur when he sold FRNKL prior to the expiration of the holding period. July 21, 2015.” The case was settled for $34,999.96. The complaint was regarding mutual fund losses, and it took place while he was registered with Morgan Stanley.
