  • October 2016. “Client claims respondent sold him unsuitable investments.” The customer is seeking $230,456.56 in damages and the case is currently pending.
  • August 2016. “Client alleges over concentrated and unsuitable investments. No losses are alleged.” The customer is seeking $308,437.98 in damages and the case is currently pending.
  • May 2016. “Suitability of investments made between 2008 & 2011.” The customer is seeking $100,000 in damages and the case is currently pending.
  • February 2014. “Suitability, alleged investment losses.” The customer sought $309,275 in damages and the case was denied.
  • August 2012. “Customer is a claimant in a multi-claimant action involving customers of another agent. Allegations are unsuitability and lack of due diligence for an investment in inland western reit in 2004. See comments below for additional information.” The customer sought $683,000 in damages and the case was settled for $1,167.60.
  • June 2012. “Suitability.” The client sought $500,000 in damages and the case was settled for $232,500.
