Doyle has been the subject of three customer complaints between 2000 and 2019, according to his CRD report:

December 2019. “Time Frame: 02/15/2018 to 08/23/2019. The client claims representative made unsuitable recommendations not in line with investment objectives.” The customer is seeking $17,231 in damages and the case is currently pending. The complaint took place while Doyle was registered with Newbridge Securities Corp. and was regarding alternative investments.

September 2004. “Unsuitability, fraudulent and misleading conduct, ommission of facts, negligence, various statutory violations and UAT.” The customer sought $200,000 in damages and the case was settled for $8,500. The complaint took place while Doyle was registered with Gkn Securities Corp., Cambridge Capital Llc, Investec, Ernst & Co.

July 2000. “Improper trading.” The customer sought $53,336.64 in damages and the case was settled for $7,500. The complaint took place while Doyle was registered with Gkn Securities Corp. and was regarding improper trading.

Pursuant to FINRA Rules, member firms are responsible for supervising a broker’s activities during the time the broker is registered with the firm. Therefore, Newbridge Securities Corporation may be liable for investment or other losses suffered by Doyle’s customers.
