In December 2011, FINRA sanctioned him to pay a $7,500 civil and administrative penalty and fine following allegations that he “recommended and sold limited partnership interests totaling approximately $4 million to 20 investors in offerings conducted by two limited partnerships pursuant to the registration safe harbor provided by Regulation D of the Securities Act of 1933.
