Did you lose money investing with Madison Avenue Securities, LLC broker Kevin McCarthy (CRD# 1702715)? He has been registered with Madison Avenue Securities, LLC in Hialeah, Florida, from 2007 to 2026.
The Firm terminated Kevin McCarthy’s registration following an internal review, initiated in response to a written complaint, in which it was determined that McCarthy had accessed clients’ personal bank accounts, and was involved in certain payments made from those bank accounts. It was also determined that some of these payments made from the bank accounts were to individuals with a familial relationship to Mr. McCarthy.
In May 2026, FINRA permanently barred him after he “consented to the sanction and to the entry of findings that he refused to provide documents and information requested by FINRA in connection with its investigation of allegations made on a Form U5 filing by his member firm.” FINRA found that he was terminated after “an internal review in which it was determined that McCarthy had accessed clients’ personal bank accounts and was involved in certain payments made from those accounts, some of which were made to individuals with a familial relationship to McCarthy.”
