Morgan Stanley broker Juan Elwaw (CRD# 2299668) faces a $2.9 million customer complaint related to breach of fiduciary duty that caused investment losses. He has been registered with Morgan Stanley in Miami, Florida, since 2009.

He has been the subject of two customer complaints between 2002 and 2023, according to his CRD report. The most recent complaint was regarding: 

August 2023. “Claim by estate of deceased client alleges, inter alia, breach of fiduciary duty 2014-2015.” The customer is seeking $2,900,000 in damages, and the case is currently pending.
